John Baleshiski has joined the staff of indie agency Mintz & Hoke as a Web developer. He has already worked with the shop in Avon, Conn., as a contractor. He will now report to Will Everett, who heads up the shop’s interactive services group. Baleshiski is responsible for post-design development and coding of Web sites for clients such as Greenfield Online, MassMutual, Tunxis Community College and Wiremold. He has previously worked as a senior software engineer at AxisSite.com
