Mintz & Hoke has added a branding assignment for Pittsburgh Paints and has bestowed new titles on agency executives Don Carter and Pam Nichols.
The Avon, Conn., shop has worked for Pittsburgh Paints parent company PPG Architectural Finishes for seven years, serving as agency of record for the Olympic Stain brand.
That relationship led to the Pittsburgh Paints project; there was no review, said Mintz & Hoke president Chris Knopf.
Blattner/Brunner of Pittsburgh continues to serve as agency of record for Pittsburgh Paints.
Mintz & Hoke will launch a consumer and trade initiative for Pittsburgh Paints in the spring.
