Randy Browning and Kevin Kehoe, co-presidents and chief marketing officer and chief creative officer respectively, are assuming leadership of the Seattle shop. They will also retain their current titles, and will report directly to the Chairman and CEO of Publicis in the US, Robert Bloom.

A Publicis representative declined to comment on why Miller resigned or what his next move might be.
