CHICAGO Miller Brewing Co. will undergo a restructuring of its corporate staff, resulting in the reduction of approximately 200 positions and a strategic realignment of many others, company officials said today.

“This redesign is not just about a staffing reduction but also about multiple role and job changes,” said the Milwaukee brewer’s president and CEO, Norman Adami, in a statement.

The new structure is designed to align better with turnaround strategies that require new processes and employees with the skills to execute those strategies.
