SAN FRANCISCO – Less than a week after he assumed the post of executive director, Jeff Manning and the California Milk Processors Board cut down the list of 31 agencies who originally responded to the questionnaire to four finalists. Foote, Cone & Belding; Goldberg Moser O’Neill; Goodby, Berlin & Silverstein; and Hal Riney & Partners, all S.F., will compete for the $23-million account. Presentations will be made the week of June 14th. No speculative creative will be involved.
