CHICAGO – Jack Levy Associates/Chicago picked up the local Midas International Corp. advertising business late last week following a final-round shoot-out against CME-KHBB/Chicago. Billings are estimated at $5 million. Other regional reviews are still in progress. All regional agencies should be in place by Jan. 1, 1994. Midas announced last month it was taking the combined local ad budget of roughly $35 million and splitting it among various local agencies throughout the country. Wells Rich Greene/BBDP here retains the national business, worth about $25 million.
