The Richards Group has promoted account director Lance Miceli to principal. Prior to joining the Dallas agency in 2000, Miceli was a vice president and group account director at GKV Advertising in Baltimore. He currently oversees the Florida Department of Citrus, Motel 6 and Red Roof Inn accounts. The appointment of Miceli raises the shop’s principal ranks to 21.
