Bennett, 26, who works as an assistant to Mary Baglivo, president of Arnold’s New York office, was recently honored as Miss Pennsylvania Plus America. And now she has won the Miss Plus America Covergirl Competition. She will appear on promotional materials, and on the cover of the official program, for the Miss Plus America pageant, set for Aug.
