NEW YORK Continuing its shopping spree, MDC Partners has acquired a 65-percent stake in henderson bas, a Canadian interactive agency formerly known as ninedots.

Henderson bas is the latest in a string of purchases for the Toronto-based holding company, which bought a 20 percent stake in Cliff Freeman and Partners in March and 60 percent stake in Kirshenbaum Bond + Partners in February.

The 41-person agency, also based in Toronto, claims about $6-7 million in revenue from clients like Sprint Canada and Yamaha Motors.
