NEW YORK Travelex, one of the world’s largest foreign exchange specialists, said it has signed John McEnroe to a multi-year agreement to represent the company in global marketing and promotions. Financial terms were not released.

The deal coincides with the launch of Travelex’s first U.S.-based integrated advertising campaign. McEnroe, former top-ranked tennis player and current TV commentator, will participate in a series of activities around this year’s U.S. Open Tennis Championships in New York. The campaign will be used to promote the Travelex brand and its service offerings to customers, principally in the commercial foreign exchange sector, according to the company.
