McCann-Erickson has won a review for creative duties on the estimated $50 million account of Novartis’ Lotrel hypertension medicine, sources said. The IPG shop bested sibling Deutsch and WPP’s Ogilvy & Mather, both in New York, and The Quantum Group in Parsippany, N.J. Novartis has advertised the drug to medical professionals but now wants to target consumers, sources said.
