DETROIT McCann-Erickson launches a campaign for the new Buick Rainier sport utility vehicle on Wednesday with a promotion featuring golfer Tiger Woods.

Called “Tiger Trap,” the promotion includes a 30-second TV spot from the Troy, Mich., Interpublic Group agency that directs viewers to www.buick.com, where they can see a five-minute film starring Woods. In the film, Woods is shown surprising amateur golfers on the green while 13 hidden cameras record their reactions. Four Rainiers were given away as part of the secret camera gag.
