Kathy Sziisz has joined McCann Erickson in Detroit as director of human resources. Sziisz will be responsible for updating and implementing the agency’s employee-evaluation process, as well as training and recruiting at the 300-person Interpublic Group shop. Prior to joining McCann, she was human resources manager at sister IPG agency Campbell-Ewald in Warren, Mich., managing a nine-person department.
