NEW YORK Invista, the newly renamed textiles division of DuPont, has awarded creative duties to roster shop McCann-Erickson, the client said.

The Interpublic Group agency will launch a campaign in the fourth quarter introducing the new entity. McCann will also handle b-to-b marketing.

The win came after a review of undisclosed agencies. Billings on the account were also undisclosed.

In 2002, McCann in New York landed DuPont’s Lycra business. That brand is now part of Invista.
