Phone Products Firm Names Dallas Agency
DALLAS–M/C/C here has acquired the $1-2 million advertising and promotional account of a New England-based telecommunications equipment and network services distributor.
Claricom, a Milford, Conn.-based company sold off in 1996 by equipment and software manufacturer Executone Information Systems, selected M/C/C after a competitive review of undisclosed agencies.
The client’s incumbent agency was McDougal Associates in Pea-body, Mass.
The account review was conducted by Claricom creative director Liisa Laaspere.
M/C/C president Mike Crawford said one of the primary assignments for the Dallas shop is to build awareness of the company’s new name.
