BOSTON MassMutual Financial Group has launched a review for creative and media chores on its national ad account, a company representative has confirmed. Estimated billings are $15-20 million.

Incumbent Lowe in New York, a unit of Interpublic Group, will defend, the rep said. Lowe picked up the business following a review five years ago.

“We have just begun this process and have not yet determined our list of participants,” the rep said. Havas-owned Euro RSCG in New York works on MassMutual’s Oppenheimer Funds, but that business is not in play.
