Kevin Martinelli has been hired as local sales manager of KUPL-FM/AM, a country radio station in Portland, Ore. Martinelli returns to Portland from Colorado Springs, Colo., where he was general sales manager at Citadel Communications since 2002. Prior to that, he was an account executive at the Fox TV affiliate in Portland.
