ATLANTA The Martin Agency has resigned its AXA Financial account because of an “emerging conflict” with a new, unnamed client, the shop said.

The Richmond, Va., Interpublic Group shop won the account in a review three years ago, and launched the New York company’s “Your future. Your way” campaign in September 2003.

AXA Financial spent $15.4 million on advertising that year, according to Nielsen Monitor-Plus, but the media budget has declined each year since. Last year, the client spent $6.2
