Much as Americans lament the cost of healthcare, polls have consistently shown most are content with the quality of care they receive. That’s still true, but a series of ABC News/ Washington Post surveys shows it’s less true than in the past. In the latest poll, 47 percent of adults who have health coverage said they’re “very satisfied” with the quality of care they get, and 41 percent said they’re “somewhat satisfied.” Though still large, the “very satisfied” tally is down from 56 percent a year ago and way down from the 65 percent seen in 1995.
