CHICAGO Marcus Thomas has been tapped by the Ohio Lottery to help the state entity plan and manage its $9 million annual television media budget.

The Cleveland shop will also handle the placement of the Lottery’s promotional advertising and sponsorships. In addition, the agency will negotiate agreements with TV stations across the state for the rights to carry the client’s daily drawings and weekly game show.

Marcus Thomas had been the Ohio Lottery’s primary shop for 25 years until July 2000.
