DALLAS The TransSynergy Group has won a Gold Award from the MarCom Creative Awards on behalf of a corporate identity campaign it designed for Saville Dodgen, a Dallas accounting firm, the shop said.
The Dallas marketing services firm created Saville Dodgen's logo and corporate brochure in 2004, with an emphasis on how to visually craft a compelling story about an accounting firm, according to Donna Hegdahl, chief executive officer of The TransSynergy Group.
"The challenge for an accounting firm—and virtually any professional services firm—is how to stand out and make a statement," she said. "We developed an entire package that instills Saville Dodgen's precision and excellence in accounting with a colorful, bold statement that says we're confident experts and consultants."
TransSynergy also won an honorable mention for its own corporate brochure, the shop said. The document, complete with brass rivets and stylized two-color images, showcases the company's diverse marketing services, from how-to marketing workshops for entrepreneurs to Web site design and development.
The MarCom Creative Awards is an international competition for marketing and communication professionals involved in the concept, writing and design of marketing and communication programs and print, visual and audio materials.
