MacForce, a Portland, Oregon-based service provider targeting the Macintosh users, has introduced a Flash-based Web site, MacForce.com, featuring entertainment, news, games, cartoons and promotional merchandise for the Mac community.

In conjunction with this week’s 2001 MacWorld Expo in San Francisco, the site introduced “Team MacForce,” a monthly cartoon featuring superhero characters.

“We combined our passion for everything Macintosh with a love for old-time adventure series like Flash Gordon,” said Shane Spiess, CEO of MacForce. “There’s never been a group of characters specifically designed for and dedicated to the … Mac community.
