Lynch, Rossman Among Promotions at Digitas

Digitas recently promoted Steve Lynch to evp, executive creative director in its Boston headquarters office; he had been an svp. In addition, Jim Rossman has advanced to evp, general manager of its New York operations. Since 2000, Rossman has managed the agency’s 300-person New York office as svp, general manager; he also works on the agency’s American Express account. The independent marketing agency also made the following promotions: Glenn Engler from svp, integrated marketing to evp, integrated marketing; Dan Beder from vp, marketing director to svp, marketing director; and Heather Hartford from vp, director human resources/staffing to svp, director human resources/staffing.
