Lowe Talks With Spain's Contrapunto

MADRID - Interpublic-owned The Lowe Group plans to take a stake in Spanish creative agency Contrapunto. Such a move would give Lowe the chance to reinforce its presence in Madrid and would give Contrapunto access to an international network. The pair will merge their offices in Barcelona to prepare for the partnership. Contrapunto will also dissolve a four-year partnership with BBDO Worldwide, with BBDO selling its 30% stake back to Contrapunto.
