NEW YORK While the goose that lays golden eggs may seem like a fairy tale to some, it’s more like a nightmare in DDB’s new TV spot for the New York Lottery’s Set for Life game.

Directed by Hungry Man’s Allen Coulter, the 30-second spot by the New York agency opens on a family dinner in a spacious dining room. Aside from the palpable tension and wariness among the parents and two young children who cast furtive glances in the direction of the camera, we notice that they all seem to be wearing Band Aids on the backs of their hands.
