Brown-Foreman Delivers Trio of Additional Brands
ATLANTA–First breakfast, then cocktails.
Two weeks ago, The Martin Agency was added to Kellogg’s ad roster for an undisclosed assignment. Last week, the Richmond, Va., shop gained three additional brands worth $10 million from distiller Brown-Foreman Beverages Worldwide.
Martin, working on B-F’s Finlandia vodka since May 1997, now has Early Times, Canadian Mist and Southern Comfort.
The latter two brands had been with New York’s Hill, Holliday/Altschiller, which resigned the business citing a lack of budgetary commitment and philosophical differences with the client.
The distiller moved those brands to Martin, as well as Early Times, which did not have a lead agency.
Martin executive vice president and account management director Brad Armstrong said the accounts arrived after several talks with B-F about Southern Comfort and Canadian Mist.
