In the ad (shown here), a couple hurriedly runs around the house switching off the lights, as a voiceover explains that PSC has the second-lowest residential energy rates among major U.S. cities. Just as the house goes completely dark, another couple (ostensibly obnoxious relatives from out of town) arrive with suitcases.
