Sen. Joseph Lieberman, D-Conn., plans to spend just under $1 million per week in January on advertising in Hew Hampshire leading up to the state’s presidential primary on Jan. 27. The expansion of TV and radio buys represents a fourfold increase for the campaign, which has spent “a little less than $1 million per month,” up to this point, said Lieberman campaign director Craig Smith.
