In a surprising development, the review for Liberty Mutual’s estimated $27 million account last week entered a new phase when the review committee could not decide between two agencies.
The Boston-based insurer had expected to make a final decision following the completion of presentations by four contenders. Instead, the client eliminated two shops from contention and announced another round of presentations scheduled for this week, said Liberty Mutual representative John Cusolito.
The remaining finalists are Kirshenbaum Bond & Partners and N.W.
