Leopold Ketel & Partners in Portland, Ore., has hired Dina Nishioka as account manager. She will manage a variety of accounts, including the Hotel Lucia and Hood River Distillers. Most recently, she provided public relations counsel at Maxwell PR in Portland. Nishioka, 32, has nearly seven years of experience, working with clients that include Microsoft, Columbia Ultimate, Nextel Partners, Fujitsu General America and Pixelworks.
