MAUMEE, OHIO – Eleven months after filing Chapter 11, Lauerer Markin Gibbs had a revised plan of reorganization approved by the court. Under the plan, all creditors will be paid in six monthly installments. G. Edward Gibbs, a partner in the agency, will be bought out by chairman/ceo William Markin and president Kenneth Lauerer.
