BOSTON Craig Lambert has joined Interpublic Group i-shop Zentropy Partners as senior vice president and managing director. He will lead Zentropy's 25-person New York office, which works for clients such as Maybelline, Microsoft Xbox and Nikon.

Lambert, 44, succeeds Michael Telatovich, who has left the company.

Lambert had previously been managing director of the New York office of Modem Media, an i-shop backed by IPG. He served in Modem's headquarters for about a year after the New York outpost shut down in Oct. 2001. For the past year, he has worked as a consultant.

"He's been involved with the Internet since day one and knows what it takes to build a client's business," said Zentropy worldwide managing director Steve Woolford of Lambert's hire.
