Luc Reid has joined Kelliher Samets Volk as a Web developer in the independent shop’s Red Wire interactive unit. Reid will now design Web sites for various agency clients. Prior to joining Burlington, Vt.-based KSV, Reid ran a small software development practice in Philadelphia. He also helped found Meadowdance, a housing and business co-operative in Vermont.
