Kolar Advertising and Marketing in Austin, Texas, has designated Lynn Dobson as chief financial officer. She will replace the shop’s former CFO, Jerry Moffitt, who has been has promoted to chief of staff. In addition to serving as vice president and controller for Austin agencies such as Neal Spelce Communications and U.S. Creative, Dobson spent the last 10 years as an independent consultant. In addition, Kolar has hired Drew Holmgreen as senior account executive and new business manager.
