NEW YORK Contact lens manufacturer CIBA Vision has chosen MDC Partners’ Kirshenbaum Bond + Partners to handle global advertising duties on its Fresh Look brand, the client has confirmed. Sources estimated the business to be worth about $20-25 million.

KB+P will handle advertising for the fashion brand of color contact lenses through 2006, according to Jen Shields, senior communications specialist for CIBA. The agency made final presentations last month, as did competitor Grey’s Healthy Grey, sources said.
