IRVINE, CALIF. – Agencies returned questionnaires to Kia Motors America last week, and among them was Fallon McElligott, Minneapolis. Fallon was previously believed not to be interested. Two other agencies who earlier stated they would pass on the new Korean car company – Ammirati & Puris and Lord, Dentsu & Partners – stayed out of it. Others pitching for the stated $30 million account include Jordan, McGrath, Case & Taylorok; McCaffrey & McCall; Rosenfeld, Sirowitz, Humphrey & Strauss, all of N.Y.;
