LOS ANGELES Kia Motors America today named four finalists in the review for creative chores on its $270 million ad account.

Still in contention are incumbent davidandgoliath of Los Angeles, which had been given an automatic berth in the finals; indie Cramer-Krasselt in Chicago; Omnicom Group’s GSD&M in Austin, Texas; and MDC Partners’ Kirshenbaum Bond + Partners in New York, the client said.

Not advancing were Publicis Groupe’s The Kaplan Thaler Group in New York and Publicis & Hal Riney in San Francisco, and Interpublic Group’s Campbell-Mithun in Minneapolis.
