LOS ANGELES-Robin Kent has been promoted to chairman and CEO of Interpublic Group’s media network Universal McCann, from worldwide president. Kent, 47, replaces Ira Carlin, who was named worldwide chairman of IPG negotating unit earlier this month. The move had been expected [Adweek, April 15].
