Kaiser Permanente has named three contenders in the “credentials” phase of its review for an estimated $15-20 million in consolidated direct marketing duties.
The list consists of Rapp Collins Worldwide and Grey Direct, both in New York, and W.B. Doner & Co., Baltimore. The agencies should not be considered finalists in the review, said JoEllyn Savage, national director of member and marketing communications for Kaiser in Oakland, Calif. “This is only the second phase of our search process,” she said.
