NEW YORK -- Kawasaki has tapped Juxt Interactive to manage and enhance its online brand, following a review of undisclosed agencies.

"The work Juxt has done with such clients as Billabong and Red Bull prove they have the talent to bring our Web initiatives to the next level," said Linda Kavadoy, e-Marketing coordinator for Kawasaki, a developer of consumer, industrial and transportation products, including motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles, wheel loaders and light rail cars.

Separately, the Newport Beach, Calif.-based interactive shop has formed a strategic alliance with The Opportunity Management Company, a branding and integrated media strategy firm. Headed up by CEO Brian Seth Hurst, the Los Angeles-based company specializes in brand extension opportunities, such as interactive TV.
