The sooner advertising and media companies get their hands on content the better. No other industry spends and knows as much about what the consumer wants. Survivor may defend their position, [but] it feels like a last-ditch PR attempt to get coverage. And after all, you are writing about it, aren’t you? My first response is it’s irresponsible TV. I haven’t really thought about it that much. But it’s a show that’s meant as entertainment, and I don’t know what gain anyone is going to get by doing that.
