LONDON – Lowe Howard-Spink has hired David Jones, chief executive of Collett Dickenson Pearce here, to its vacant managing director’s post, sources said. Jones, who worked at Lowe for nearly a decade before joining CDP, replaces David Wheldon, who left the Interpublic Group shop last week to become director of advertising at the Coca-Cola Co.
