Rella:Cowan Advertising has hired Jan Jewett as art director. In her new role at the Durham, N.C., shop, Jewett will be responsible for the conception and design of a variety of projects. She previously was a creative director at JKJ Design. The agency has also recruited Amy Dillon as an account coordinator. Dillon will assist with client services and media planning and buying. She most recently was a media associate at Starcom MediaVest Group in Chicago.
