Jager Di Paola Kemp Design has launched the first advertising campaign for Espion in Canada, and plans to bring a version of the ads to the U.S. in the fall.

Recently unveiled by Montreal-based ESP Media, Espion is a sponsored mobile phone; users pay half price for phone service, and various sponsors send voice and text messages to their phones. The system is dubbed the “Urban Intelligence Network.” Spending for the campaign was not disclosed.

JDK’s campaign targets young urban adults aged 18-34 with print, radio and outdoor executions.
