Chris Jacobs, formerly executive creative director at Cole Henderson Drake, last week rejoined The Martin Agency, the IPG shop said. Mike Hughes, president and cd of the Richmond, Va., agency, said he plans to restructure the 40-person creative department and does not yet know what role Jacobs, a copywriter, will play. Jacobs, 35, who had been at Atlanta independent CHD for four years, worked at Martin from 1995-98. CHD president Mike Tyre said he is seeking Jacobs’ replacement.
