NEW YORK In a bid to increase its minority ranks, Interpublic Group has launched a pilot program that will provide full-time jobs to minority college students interested in advertising. The Interpublic Fellows Program will draw from the American Advertising Federation’s pool of promising minority students.

Up to 10 graduating seniors will be selected to work at IPG companies for a two-year period, beginning this fall. Each will rotate among several units during the course of the fellowship.
