The International Olympic Committee hopes to select a shop this week for its global creative account, now at TBWA Worldwide, said IOC marketing director Michael Payne. The review is part of a companywide evaluation of outside resources, triggered in part by the installation of a new president in 2001 [Adweek, June 16]. The finalists are Omnicom’s TBWA and Publicis’ Saatchi & Saatchi, both in New York; WPP’s Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe/Y&R in London; and Siltanen/Keehn in El Segundo, Calif.,
