Interpublic Group’s Initiative Media North America is putting in place new leaders at three of its offices, sources said.
The moves come as Initiative Partners president and CEO Bruce Silverman departs for WongDoody in Los Angeles, where he will serve as president. The office was previously led by managing partner Ben Wiener, who will continue to be based in Los Angeles, according to a statement issued by WongDoody.
Replacing Silverman as president of Initiative Partners is Randy Bixler, who was previously director, Western region client services, sources said.
