Initiative in Los Angeles has appointed Leah Gross vice president, corporate communications. She will manage the company’s corporate communications programs for the U.S. and report to Patricia Kerr, executive vice president, director of business development. For the past two years, Gross ran her own communications firm, KLG Communications. Prior to that, she was a senior account supervisor at Weber Shandwick Worldwide.
