VogtGoldstein of Westport, Conn., has promoted Heather Incalcatera to management supervisor from account supervisor. Incalcatera’s clients include Oxford Health Plans and UnitedHealthcare. Before joining VogtGoldstein in 2003, Incalcatera was an account executive and media buyer at Fleming & Roskelly in Newport, R.I. She also worked as an assistant account executive with Arnold Worldwide, Boston, working on the Truth and Monster.com accounts. She began her career at UBS, Stamford, Conn., as an operations specialist.
